Non-commercial and Non-profit

Another Way of Living (Awok.org) is completely non-commercial and non-profit. You will not find anything to buy here and Awok.org does not participate in any type of “affiliate”, “link exchange”, or similar money-making schemes. All of its expenses (domain registration fees, web hosting fees, purchases of any needed software, etc.) are paid for out of my own pocket.

Privacy

There are no cookies used at Another Way of Living. There is a visitor logging program (to see if anyone ever visits :), but it does not collect personally identifiable information.

Fair Use

Any materials at Another Way of Living that are copyrighted by another person or entity are either used with permission or in accordance with Title 17 U.S.C. Section 107 solely for non-profit educational purposes under U.S. “fair use” law and are distributed without profit to those who have expressed a prior interest in receiving such materials for research and educational purposes. No claim of copyright ownership of any type whatsoever is asserted by Awok.org or Oneida Kincaid on any materials that were written or copyrighted by any other person or entity.
